Your responsibilities will include:
- Support day-to-day business operations and administrative activities.
- Organize, maintain, and improve digital records and documentation.
- Prepare, edit, format, and proofread reports, presentations, and client documents.
- Conduct online research and summarize findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Manage, clean, validate, and organize data using spreadsheets.
- Create and maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and dashboards to monitor operational activities.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, follow-ups, and deadlines.
- Assist with client communication, email management, and document requests.
- Help improve internal processes by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Learn new tools and systems quickly as business needs evolve.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
