Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to patients' clinical needs and rehabilitation goals.
- Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment programs, exercise regimens, and injury prevention strategies.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards governing physiotherapy practice.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Valid registration and practicing license with the relevant regulatory authority.
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in physiotherapy practice.
- Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation, geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, or post-operative care will be an added advantage.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
