Physiotherapist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualized      treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions tailored to patients' clinical       needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor, evaluate, and document patient progress, modifying treatment plans as     appropriate.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment programs, exercise              regimens, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical records.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and professional          development activities.
• Adhere to all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards governing                     physiotherapy practice.
  

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
• Valid registration and practicing license with the relevant regulatory authority.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience in physiotherapy practice.
• Experience in home healthcare, rehabilitation, geriatrics, neurology, orthopedics, or post-operative care will be an added advantage.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
