Key Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and submit client work based on agreed deliverables.Develop and follow up on client proposals.Draft and review client contractsPlan and execute Top Tier programs such as training, client meetings, etc.Develop content on process improvementCollaborate with social media and marketing partners to share contentBe a natural critic of Top Tier’s processes and programs.Effectively communicate internally and with the client on progress being made.Manage company correspondence and set up meetings and appointments Required Specifications At least 3 years of related work experienceA minimum of a degree in a related fieldProcess management experience is an added advantageAnalytical and pays attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with othersAbility to manage different projects/stakeholders/interestsA self-starter with the ability to work independently and to follow tasks through to completionAbility to use MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPointListening and critical thinking skills
