Job Summary
Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client in the insurance industry, is seeking highly motivated and trainable individuals to join the team as Insurance Sales Agent. The ideal candidates should be self-driven, disciplined, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Minimum Qualification : Diploma
- Experience Level : Mid level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in any field.
- Training or experience in insurance is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Terms of payment
- Pay is purely on commission i.e. 40% based on any premium amount you bring in.
- For every week you bring in three cases, you’ll unlock pay of 3,000 as a retainer.
- For every month you bring in 6 cases, you will unlock an extra retainer of 10,000.
