The position involves direct support to the director in a fast paced multi business environment to aid in implementation and execution of business systems and balance between efficiency planning and personal life management. Confidentiality, quick thinking and problem solving are key.
Job descriptions & requirements
KEY RESPONISIBILITIES
1. Diary Management - Plan for highest efficiency in alloted times. Timely followups. Actioning of plans.
2. Business support - Ensure management is reporting timely and systems are adhered to. Track projects.
3. Communication - Respond and be contact person in a tactful and professional manner. Filter importance from noise.
4. Personal life management - Ensure proper balance between work and personal life by resource allocation. Run personal errands.
5. Confidentiality - Ensuring need to know framework around personal and business life. Protection of time, privacy and interests of the Director.
6. Formal educaion required with a minimum of a diploma. Performance transcripts should be availed.
7. Minimum 2 years experience in similar environment.
8. Exposure to fast paced multi task environments is desirable.
