Job descriptions & requirements
- Take full charge of local sales management work, formulate sales plans, lead business expansion, and achieve team and individual sales targets stably.
- Develop and maintain core local client resources, conduct business negotiation, project docking, order follow-up and after-sales maintenance.
- Cooperate and communicate with the Chinese headquarters team, synchronize business progress, and solve cross-border and cross-language business problems efficiently.
- Analyze local market trends and competitor information, optimize sales strategies, and regularly submit business reports.
- Standardize sales workflow, guide and train sales personnel, improve team overall sales capacity and business performance.
- Diploma or above, with sales management experience.
- Large enterprise background and fluent Chinese are preferred.
- Proficient in English, market development and team management.
