Key Requirements: Providing thought leadership in recruitment leading practices and making process improvement recommendations on recruitment toolsProactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage.Developing and implementing creative and innovative talent acquisition strategiesDraft and post vacancy announcements to internal and external audienceDevelop and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive qualified candidates.Build talent pipeline and sourcing potential candidates using multiple sources.Performing analysis of hiring needs, recruitment metrics and work plan forecastPlaying a pivotal role in ensuring candidates have a first-class candidate experienceManage an effective and efficient recruitment life cycle.Negotiate offers with selected candidates within limits specified by policy.Develop and implement the design of a comprehensive company onboarding program.Coordination the induction of new staff and oversee the probation and confirmation processes.Ensure all staff have signed JDs and KPI’s Qualifications: Relevant bachelor’s degreeCHRP CertificationFull membership of IHRMFamiliarity with various sourcing and attraction strategies and assessment tools experienceSolid experience in sourcing techniquesAdvanced knowledge of effective hiring platform that attract suitable applicants.Demonstrate experience in working with recruitment systems and technology such and ASAP and Bamboo HRTechnical experience in Talent Management, workforce planning and succession planning.Proven track record of successfully making and negotiating employment offers.Knowledge of Labour/employment lawsStrong analytical and Strategic thinking capabilityAbility to multi-task and coordinate processes in high pressure environments.Excellent planning, organisation, and time management skillsExcellent communication skillsCreative thinker and proactive problem solverPassionate and committed to customer service excellence.
