We are looking for someone who is passionate, attentive, and driven to join our talent acquisition team. In your role, you are responsible for the hiring of external candidates for roles across the North American region for our business development positions (initial focus on sales with additional support within marketing, corporate development, etc.). You will drive hiring aligned to high-level and critical positions in a dynamic, exciting, and supportive environment. You will act as an ambassador for insightsoftware and as a Talent Acquisition Partner with deep market intelligence and desire to support the strategy and evolution of insightsftware.
Will play a critical role in the development and delivery of strategic sourcing and recruitment with the aim of attracting top talent to insightsoftware and hiring the best possible diverse workforce at all levels and roles.
Serve as the first point of contact for prospective candidates, ensuring that every candidate has an optimal experience.
Manage the full employee-cycle recruitment process and maintain reporting of all open positions, including status, vacancy date and days to fill within division, for communities to which they are assigned.
Serve as a coach and consultant to hiring managers and leadership on how to interview and assess talent
Serve as an employee brand ambassador by sharing the insightsoftware's mission, vision, and values with potential candidates.
Collaborate with business leaders and HRBPs to deliver unified solutions and services for a seamless experience for candidates and all involved stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Leverage LinkedIn and other channels to source and recruit candidates across local, regional, and national footprints, employing both traditional sourcing strategies and by developing new, creative recruiting tactics with a focus on diverse talent.
Mentor junior recruiters on coaching hiring managers, employer brand, and sourcing strategies
What you will achieve in first 6 months:
Develop country specific employer brand messaging for North America corporate hiring in alignment with our global brand
Build out sourcing strategies and framework for key talent profiles
Reduce agency use for high-level and critical roles
