- Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist
- Location: Nairobi CBD (office-based)
- Shift: 10:30 AM–7:30 PM
- Salary: KES 24,999–30,000/month (junior role) + commission
- KPI: 60 calls/day (screening + outreach)
Responsibilities:
• Source and screen candidates using job boards & LinkedIn
• Conduct phone interviews and assess cultural fit
• Manage interview scheduling, feedback, and offers
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines
• Keep ATS and databases updated
Requirements:
• University Diploma or above
• Excellent English & communication skills
• Strong initiative and attention to detail
• Motivated driven by hitting targets
• Proactive and Initiative
