Talent Acquisition Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates for various roles

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate fit

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process

• Monitor recruitment metrics and suggest improvements

• Support employer branding initiatives and job fair participation

• Stay up-to-date with labor laws, market trends, and recruitment best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency)

• Understanding of Kenya’s labor market and sourcing channels

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and digital recruitment tools

• A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
