Key Responsibilities:
A. PROJECT & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
1. Project Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain technical files: drawings register, RFI logs, material approvals, method statements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Draft and circulate minutes of meetings.
- Update project schedules with the project planner.
2. Procurement & Logistics
- Prepare material requisitions and vendor comparison tables.
- Track procurement timelines and coordinate with suppliers.
- Support inventory management.
3. Communication & Coordination
- Liaise between site teams, engineers, consultants, subcontractors.
- Ensure timely technical communication.
- Support inspections with clients and consultants.
1B. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKET ACQUISITION
4. Market Intelligence
- Conduct market research and track competitor trends.
- Maintain pipeline of leads, tenders, and opportunities.
5. Client Acquisition & Proposal Support
- Assist in preparing EOIs, capability statements, and proposals.
- Support outreach to clients and partners.
- Maintain CRM database.
6. Company Visibility & Branding
- Manage company social media pages.
- Prepare brochures, newsletters, and project updates.
- Capture project photos and milestones.
7. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Support JV partner identification and engagement.
- Prepare MOUs and partnership briefs.

Duty Station: Office & Project Sites
Contract: 1-year renewable based on performance

- Manage and maintain technical documentation.

- Manage social media updates.
- Coordinate with teams and partners.

A. Technical KPIs
- Documentation accuracy: 98%
- Weekly reports submitted every Friday

B. Business Development KPIs
- 5 new leads per month
- At least 4 proposals/EOIs per month
- Weekly CRM updates
- Attend one industry event per quarter

- 8–12 social media posts per month
- 10% engagement growth per quarter
- Minimum two marketing materials per month
D. Stakeholder KPIs
- 100% meeting coordination
- 3 JV/partner leads per quarter
