We are able to advise on market trends, training requirements, prevailing salaries and offer a complete HR Solution where necessary.Key Requirements: Manage the office in Nairobi and make sure that all employees can focus on delivering their best workMake sure that the company always has up-to-date financial, operational and HR reports, which includes accounting/bookkeeping responsibilityAssist in the onboarding process for new hires, including contracting, work permits, orientation period, etc.Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office leaseDevelop, update and maintain office policies as necessarySupport staff and management with preparing various documents and client contracts, building client presentations, answering phone calls, be responsible for scheduling various meetings and manage the meeting room scheduleHelp prepare for international travel (booking flights, hotels and applying for visa)Keep an impeccable office admin Qualifications At least five years of experience as an Office Manager, Office Administrator, Accountant or similar positionAccounting experience, including data-entry and creating basic financial reportsHR experienceand a good understanding of Kenya’s labor laws and regulationsExperience having worked with accounting and/or ERP systems. Experience with Odoo is a big plusProficient in Microsoft Office and other office management tools such as Teams and ZoomExcellent time management skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritize your workKeen attention to detail in combination with great problem-solving skillsPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environmentA creative mind with an ability to suggest improvementsSense of humor and are a real team playerStrong analytical skillsProficient in English (written and verbally)
