Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to provide administrative and clerical support to our FMCG distribution operations. The role involves assisting with data entry, filing, calendar management, and ensuring smooth office coordination on a daily basis.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Perform accurate and timely data entry of sales, stock, and delivery records.
● Maintain proper filing systems for invoices, receipts, and office documents.
● Assist in managing company calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating deliveries.
● Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
● Support in preparing reports, memos, and office communication.
● Help monitor and replenish office supplies when required.
● Provide support to management and other teams in day-to-day administrative tasks.
● Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling company information.
Qualifications & Requirements
● Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
● 1–2 years’ experience in office support or administration (experience in FMCG/distribution is an added advantage).
● Good computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
● Strong data entry and organizational skills.
● Good communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
Salary
Gross Salary: KES 25,000 – 30,000 per month
