About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Accounts, Tax & Company Law Discussion Partner to provide one-on-one academic and professional support to candidates pursuing professional qualifications in accounting, taxation, and company law.
This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys mentoring, coaching, and simplifying complex legal and financial concepts through engaging discussions rather than traditional classroom teaching. The successful candidate will work remotely while helping learners strengthen their understanding, analytical thinking, and examination techniques.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct structured one-on-one discussion sessions covering:
• Company Law
• Financial Accounting
• Taxation
• Corporate Governance
• Facilitate critical thinking through practical case studies, scenario-based discussions, and practical application of legal and financial concepts.
• Guide learners in interpreting company law, taxation principles, and financial accounting concepts.
• Develop personalized study plans, revision notes, and examination strategies tailored to individual learning needs.
• Assess learners' understanding and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
• Support candidates in solving complex accounting, taxation, and company law problems.
• Keep abreast of changes in tax legislation and company law to ensure guidance remains current.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and timely communication throughout all engagements.
Minimum Qualifications
Essential Requirements
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from a recognized institution.
• Demonstrable knowledge of Accounting, Taxation, and Company Law.
• Professional qualification in Accounting or Taxation (CPA(K), ACCA, CIFA, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Must possess strong practical knowledge of Company Law.
Experience
• Practical experience in Accounting, Taxation, Corporate Law, or Financial Advisory will be an added advantage.
• Experience mentoring, lecturing, tutoring, or coaching students or professionals preparing for accounting or legal examinations is highly desirable.
• Must have sound knowledge of Company Law, Financial Accounting, and Taxation.

What We Offer
• Remuneration of KES 20,000 per month.
