Role Overview The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization. This role focuses on facility management, vendor coordination, compliance, cost control, and creating an efficient workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative operations and office management.
  • Manage office facilities, utilities, and infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning.
  • Handle vendor management including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure cost optimization and budget control for administrative expenses.
  • Supervise housekeeping, security, transport, and support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage office assets, inventory, and procurement processes.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, and event management.
  • Maintain records, documentation, and administrative reports.
  • Support leadership and departments with administrative requirements.
  • Drive workplace improvements and employee experience initiatives.

  • Cost Optimization: % reduction in admin costs (Quarterly/Annual)
  • Vendor Performance: ≥95% SLA adherence
  • Facility Uptime: 100% operational availability
  • Compliance: 100% adherence to statutory and safety norms
  • Employee Satisfaction (Admin Services): ≥90%
  • Issue Resolution: ≥95% within defined timelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5–10 years of experience in administration/facilities management
  • Experience in vendor management and compliance handling preferred
