Job Summary
We are seeking a versatile, vibrant, and commercially sharp professional to fill the hybrid role of Administrative Assistant & Marketing Officer. This unique role bridges daily corporate office operations with active front-line client acquisition and contract administration. The ideal candidate will handle general office management with grace, manage client interactions smoothly, and possess the contract literacy needed to comprehend high-level real estate and construction commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Office Administration: Maintain daily corporate office operations, organize corporate correspondence, manage filing registries, and welcome visiting clients and stakeholders.
2. Marketing & Brand Visibility: Design and execute targeted online and offline marketing campaigns to increase Lipton Investment LTD’s brand profile among developers and prospective clients.
3. Client Relations: Function as the primary customer success touchpoint; manage incoming customer inquiries, draft professional proposals, and nurture long-term client relationships.
4. Commercial Contract Savvy: Review, format, and accurately process critical earlystage real estate agreements, including Heads of Terms, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and client intent forms.
5. Executive Liaison: Provide administrative, schedule scheduling, and communication support directly to the Managing Director to ensure corporate workflow alignment.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a corporate legal assistant background.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a dual administrative and marketing/sales capacity, preferably within real estate, construction, or legal services.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
• Solid baseline understanding of commercial real estate vocabulary, specifically surrounding leasing, partnerships, and Heads of Terms structures.
