Job Description/Requirements
- Manage the front desk, greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate
deliveries, mail, and courier services.
- Maintain office records, filing systems, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal communications.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and ensure office equipment is functioning.
- Support
organizing meetings, bookings, travel plans, and staff schedules.
- Provide day-to-day support to the Manager, including calendar management.
- Schedule appointments, prepare meeting agendas, and follow up on action points.
- Handle confidential information discreetly and professionally.
Assist the Manager with personal tasks when required and approved
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries and follow-ups.
- Maintain basic sales records, leads, and customer databases.
- Provide updates on customer feedback and general market information.
- Support
preparation of sales reports and proposals.
- Coordinate staff attendance, visitor logs, and related reports.
- Support onboarding of new staff through documentation and orientation.
- Assist in planning staff activities, meetings, and communication.
- Help address minor employee issues and escalate when necessary.
