• KSh 32,000 monthly internship salary
• KSh 5,000 monthly Learning & Technology Allowance (for internet, online courses, books, certifications, software, and professional development)
• Total monthly compensation package: KSh 37,000

Why This Internship Is Different

We are particularly interested in ambitious students from leading Kenyan universities who want hands-on experience in artificial intelligence, educational technology, website development, digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and startup operations.

We are seeking a highly motivated final-year university student or recent graduate who is excited about:

The ideal candidate enjoys learning new skills, solving problems independently, and taking initiative.

Strong preference will be given to candidates with Mandarin Chinese language skills, HSK certification, Chinese language coursework, or experience participating in China-related educational or cultural programs.

Responsibilities

• Testing and improving AI-powered educational tools
• Creating educational content and learning materials
• Designing materials using Canva
• Building and maintaining company websites
• Designing landing pages and improving user experience
• Website content management and updates
• SEO research and optimization
• Digital marketing campaigns and social media content
• Market and competitor research
• Curriculum and instructional material development
• Learning management system (LMS) support
• Business operations and documentation
• Exploring new AI tools and workflows
• Special projects related to company growth

Required Qualifications

• Final-year university student or recent graduate
• Strong written and spoken English
• Ability to design and build professional websites
• Experience using Canva for design and content creation
• Interest in SEO, marketing, branding, and business growth
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.)
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable laptop and internet connection
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference will be given to candidates with Mandarin Chinese language skills, HSK certification, Chinese language coursework, or experience participating in China-related educational or cultural programs
• Student or graduate from a top Kenyan university
• Portfolio of websites, design work, software projects, educational content, or marketing work
• Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Base44, Bubble, or similar platforms
• Experience with SEO tools and Google Analytics
• Experience with educational technology or LMS platforms
• Interest in instructional design or curriculum development
• Basic understanding of spreadsheets or business operations
