- Assist in preparing and baking bread, pastries, and other bakery products
- Follow standard recipes and production guidelines accurately
- Ensure products are baked to correct quality, taste, and appearance standards
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the bakery area and equipment
- Follow food safety regulations and proper handling of ingredients
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished products
- Follow daily production schedules and meet output targets
- Assist in organizing ingredients and preparing workstations before baking
- Support smooth workflow during peak production hours
- At least 6 months of experience in a commercial kitchen or supermarket bakery
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to follow recipes and production instructions accurately
- Attention to detail and consistency in work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
