Videographer and Editor

We are a fast-growing Nairobi group running three brands: Bun & Beef (halal smash burgers), MaliBowl (build-your-own bowls) and The Helmet Hub (automated helmet sanitation machines). We are looking for a Videographer and Editor to join our in-house marketing team.

This is a creative role. You will be shooting and editing content that goes out every week across three brands, working alongside our existing marketing team on ideas, shoots and campaigns.

What you will do:

• Shoot and edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok and delivery platform listings
• Contribute ideas for content and campaigns alongside the rest of the team
• Shoot stills of food and products for menus, delivery platforms and social media
• Handle your own setup on shoots: framing, lighting, audio and food styling support
• Turn around fast, trend-led content as well as more polished campaign pieces
• Cover in-store activations, events and on-site brand activations, which sometimes fall on evenings or weekends
• Keep footage organized and backed up so past shoots can be reused
• Work to the content calendar and deliver on schedule

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years experience shooting and editing short-form video, ideally for F&B, retail or lifestyle brands
• A portfolio or show reel of work you personally shot and edited. This is what we will assess first
• Comfortable with a camera, lenses, lighting and on-camera audio
• Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut, plus Cap Cut or After Effects for captions and motion
• A good eye and real creative input. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, not just clean edits
• Food or product videography experience is a strong advantage
• Organized, reliable and able to meet deadlines
• Able to work across three brands with different looks and audiences

Own equipment is an advantage but not a requirement Full-time, in-house role based in Nairobi, with regular movement between our sites. Applications without a portfolio or show reel will not be reviewed.
