Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Building Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the building and handle tenant matters. The ideal candidate should be responsible, hands-on, and able to ensure the building runs smoothly.

  • Minimum Qualification : Certificate
  • Experience Level : Mid level
  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise building operations and general maintenance
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and communication
  • Follow up on repairs and ensure timely service delivery
  • Coordinate contractors/service providers
  • Conduct routine checks on building facilities
  • Ensure cleanliness, safety, and good order within the premises


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in building/property management (MUST)
  • Good communication and tenant management skills
  • Ability to follow up on tasks and resolve issues promptly
  • Basic understanding of building maintenance (an added advantage)
  • Organized and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive personality
