Job Brief
• Ecogrow Organics is seeking a Business Administrator with outstanding leadership and creativity skills and full of energy.
• This person should have experience in overseeing overall business operations in the areas of sales, communications, human resources, finance, and administration.
• The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator and IT savvy with the ability to co-ordinate, collaborate and delegate responsibilities across a range of functional areas of the organization.

Job Specification
Academic Qualifications & Required Experience
• Have relevant Bachelor’s degree in any of the following: Agriculture, Biological Sciences, Humanities and Social Sciences, Business Management related fields
• Have a minimum of two years of relevant work experience

Salary Range
• KES 70,000 - 100,000 per month
