Job summary
Our client, a leading resort, is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Controller to strengthen cost efficiency, ensure inventory accuracy, and improve profitability across all F&B outlets.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Lead F&B cost control and ensure overall profitability.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
- Implement standardized recipes, portion control & menu engineering.
- Oversee purchasing, receiving, and supplier price negotiations.
- Track key metrics: Food Cost %, Beverage Cost %, Variance %, Consumption Trends.
- Perform theoretical vs. actual cost analysis to identify waste.
- Maintain accuracy in POS & MC inventory systems.
- Provide data-driven insights for management decisions.
- Mandatory: Strong experience with POS and MC systems.
