Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
- Mix and present cocktails, mocktails, and other drinks according to standard recipes.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact professionally with guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
- Monitor bar stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure proper handling of cash and bar orders.
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards within the bar area.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working as a barman in a hotel, bar, or restaurant.
- Good knowledge of drink preparation and bar operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Professional appearance with a friendly and positive attitude.
