Job summary
We are looking for a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant and support smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and practical experience managing banqueting or small events, ensuring high service standards for both regular restaurant service and hosted functions.

- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient and quality service.
- Lead and coordinate service staff during restaurant operations and events.
- Oversee preparation and service during banquets, private functions, and group bookings.
- Ensure tables, dining areas, and event setups meet service and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Support staff scheduling and monitor attendance and performance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Monitor stock levels for service items and report shortages.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality supervision.
- Mandatory experience handling banquets, group bookings, or small events.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
