Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages for hotel guests.
- Maintain high standards of drink quality and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests at the bar and restaurant.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Monitor and manage bar stock and inventory.
- Recommend drinks to guests and assist with beverage menu suggestions.
- Follow hotel hygiene, safety, and service standards.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field.
- 1–2 years of experience working in a hotel or hospitality establishment.
- Good knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar operations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
