Job summary
Our client is looking for a Chef De Partie to prepare and cook high-quality dishes, manage a kitchen section, and support menu development while maintaining high kitchen and hygiene standards.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Prepare and cook dishes to required quality and presentation standards.
- Manage a section of the kitchen and coordinate daily operations.
- Ensure fresh ingredients, food quality, and portion control.
- Contribute to menu planning and recipe development.
- Lead, train, and guide junior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Culinary qualification (Certificate or Diploma).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role.
- Excellent knife skills and cooking techniques.
- Leadership, teamwork, and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
