Key Responsibilities
o Curate elevated, seasonally appropriate menus
o Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
o Plan and execute menu items while ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
o Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
o Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
o Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of kitchen resources.
o Work closely with management to develop new menu offerings and seasonal specials.
o Supervise and coordinate kitchen operations during service hours.
o Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
