Front Desk Personnel
Job summary
We are seeking 2 front office personnel to manage the front office operations, provide excellent customer service to clients, and support administrative and sales coordination functions within a cosmetics trading environment.
Job descriptions & requirements
Ø Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field
Ø Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role (preferably in retail or cosmetics industry)
Ø Basic knowledge of cosmetic products and beauty trends is an added advantage
Ø Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office systems.
Ø Receive and welcome clients, suppliers, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Ø Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them appropriately
Ø Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area aligned with the company’s brand image.
Ø Respond to customer inquiries about cosmetic products, pricing, and availability
Ø Assist walk-in customers and guide them on product selection where necessary
Ø Support the sales team by recording orders, preparing invoices, and following up on client requests
Ø Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
Ø Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Ø Assist in tracking product stock levels and report shortages
Ø Coordinate with the warehouse or stores department on product availability
Ø Help in receiving and dispatching products where required
