You will play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring the smooth, efficient operation of our front office and administrative functions.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Management: Greet and receive clients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
2. Data Integrity: Update and maintain client information in the accounts system accurately.
3. Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally.
4. Office Administration: Manage the front desk area, keeping it organized and presentable, and handle incoming and outgoing mail/packages.
5. Scheduling: Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed.
6. Support: Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry, and provide support to other staff members when required.
7. Maintenance: Perform light cleaning duties to maintain office cleanliness.
8. Confidentiality: Ensure strict confidentiality of client and office information at all times.
