Job Description/Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and guide students, parents, and visitors
Maintain accurate visitor logs and appointment records
Draft and manage official correspondence, notices, and reports
Explain academic programs, schedules, and procedures to walk-ins and callers
Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for smooth front office operations
Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Support student registration, documentation, and file management
Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and academic events
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Operate office equipment and manage front desk supplies
