KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEHolds a Bachelors (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration) degree obtained within a year of the internship program and other relevant qualification from a recognized and accredited university.Registered with IHRMOTHER QUALIFICATIONSStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Graduate within the last 2 years from a recognized University.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources ManagementProficient in computer skillsEagerness to learn and contribute to HR functions.Strong Christian valuesConfident, articulate, detail-oriented and organizedEnthusiastic and ready to learnPassionate about serving vulnerable people, especially childrenAdaptable and sensitive to the different contexts in which WV EAR worksAble to work within a multi-cultural environmentWillingness to be champions of safeguarding and protecting people and children we work with
