HEAD CHEF
Job summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead in kitchen operations. The ideal candidates must be proficient in preparing Swahili dishes, pizzas, burgers, pastries and other menu items while maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen efficiency. The restaurant is located in Nairobi along Ngong' town.

1. Diploma or relevant training in Culinary Arts or Professional Cookery.
2. Demonstrated ability to prepare Swahili cuisine, pizzas, burgers and pastries.
3. Knowledge in Hospitality and Hotel.
4. Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
6. Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
