The Client
Our Client is a fast-growing Security Services SME looking for an HR Assistant to support its HR operations team in Nairobi. The Client protects people and assets— and now they need someone to help protect our team's well-being and records. 

The Candidate
Our Client is looking for a candidate that is organized, discreet, and passionate about people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of security guards
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and guard deployment schedules
  • Process attendance records and administer of leave
  • Handle and process payroll data
  • Initiate disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry security regulations
  • Handle employee queries, and welfare support

Requirements
  • At least a Certificate in HR Management (CHRP ongoing is a plus)
  • At least 6 months of internship in HR
  • Proficient in MS Excel and HR record-keeping
  • Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
  • Resident in Nairobi
