Job summary
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of security guards
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction of security guards
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and guard deployment schedules
- Process attendance records and administer of leave
- Handle and process payroll data
- Initiate disciplinary processes
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and industry security regulations
- Handle employee queries, and welfare support
- At least a Certificate in HR Management (CHRP ongoing is a plus)
- At least 6 months of internship in HR
- Proficient in MS Excel and HR record-keeping
- Able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
- Resident in Nairobi
