The Recruitment & Manpower Officer is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet client staffing needs efficiently. The role supports Bestcare Facilities Management by maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified personnel for outsourcing and facilities management operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Source and recruit candidates for various roles including cleaners, househelps, security guards, technicians, and support staff
- Conduct interviews and initial candidate screening
- Verify candidate documents, references, and basic background information
- Maintain an updated database of available manpower
- Match candidates to client job requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and deployment of selected staff
- Support field operations in filling urgent staffing requests
- Conduct basic orientation for new recruits
- Ensure proper documentation of all recruited staff
- Work closely with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth deployment
- Maintain a ready pool of standby workers for urgent placements
