Minimum Requirements:
- Age: 35 years and above
- Experience: 2–3 years in a busy kitchen environment
- Certification in Food Handling and Preparation
- Must be based in or near Syokimau
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to set menus and customer preferences
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Manage kitchen inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Assist in menu planning and cost control
- Ensure timely meal preparation and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines is an added advantage
Salary: KES 20,000 per month
