Job Description/Requirements
Office Clerk - Administrator
Collecting and record sales data for all our branches.
Sorting, filing incoming mail & dispatching correspondence;
Maintaining an efficient filing system;
Processing appointments letters, discipline, transfers and other related duties in Human Resource Management;
Computation of financial or statistical records based on routine or special sources of information;
Undertaking basic bookkeeping tasks and issues invoices and checks
Preparing payment vouchers;
Compiling data and drafting simple letters;
Assist in office management and organization procedures
Monitor stocks of office supplies (papers, clips, stationary etc)
Perform other office duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C- (Minus) or its approved equivalent
Certificate in any of the following disciplines: Human Resource Management, Business Administration (KATC), Supply chain management or Records Management.
A good knowledge of Ms office/ computer Applications
A good organizational and multitasking abilities
Basic accounting skills is an added advantage
Salary: Gross 25, 000
