Requirements and Qualifications
- Certificate, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Food Production, Culinary Arts, or Hospitality Management.
- Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant, hotel, café, or catering environment.
- Knowledge of local and international cuisines is an added advantage.
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
