Job summary
The receptionist/ admin will be the first point of contact, ensuring clients interaction and seamless daily office operations.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Front desk & reception- Welcoming visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, routing inquiries and managing front office areas
- Administrative support- Drafting documents, letters and reports and managing directors’ diaries/ schedules
- Specialized insurance | Audit tasks- handling client’s inquiries, assist in proposal preparation, updating records, processing documents and managing courier services
- Office operations- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, coordinating and maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and standard office equipment
- Competence of IT skills and social media
- 2-5 years’ experience in front office| reception at an audit firm | insurance company
- Diploma| degree in business administration
