Job summary

The receptionist/ admin will be the first point of contact, ensuring clients interaction and seamless daily office operations.

Min Qualification: Bachelors Experience Level: Mid level Experience Length: 2 years

Job descriptions & requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Front desk & reception- Welcoming visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, routing inquiries and managing front office areas
  • Administrative support- Drafting documents, letters and reports and managing directors’ diaries/ schedules
  • Specialized insurance | Audit tasks- handling client’s inquiries, assist in proposal preparation, updating records, processing documents and managing courier services
  • Office operations- Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, coordinating and maintenance.

Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office and standard office equipment
  • Competence of IT skills and social media

Experience
  • 2-5 years’ experience in front office| reception at an audit firm | insurance company

Education
  • Diploma| degree in business administration
