Key Responsibilities
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job boards and databases
· Coordinate interviews and selection processes
· Conduct reference and background checks
· Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases
· Liaise with clients on staffing needs and updates
· Ensure all candidate documentation is complete and compliant
· Support onboarding and deployment processes
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
· 1 year experience in recruitment or relevant field
· Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring processes
· Proficiency in MS Office
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
