Job summary
We are seeking a competent and experienced restaurant manager to oversee the daily operations of a restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene and drive business growth. The restaurant is within Nairobi along Ngong' town.
Job descriptions & requirements
1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or a related field.
2. Good knowledge in Accountancy, Human Resource(HR) or Administration.
3. Basic knowledge of budgeting, accounting and inventory management.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills.
5. Proven experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role.
6. Proficiency in computer applications and restaurant management.
