Key Responsibilities Assist the Sales and Marketing Manager in achieving the sales target by providing relevant industry and customer information.Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.Following up on scheduled dispatches and updating customers on delays occasioned by stock or logistics constraints.Identify potential customers and contact them to schedule meetings to prospect for new business.Analyzing competitors’ products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.Keep records of export correspondence, bid requests, and credit collections, sales promotions, prices and maintain current information on legal requirements.Visit customers regularly to stimulate interest, build loyal and long-lasting customer relationships.Follow up on overdue accounts for collection. Qualifications: Must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales for FMCG especially packaging companies.Relevant bachelor’s degree.Must have proven capability to interact with clients.Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills
