The learning Hub school in Malindi is looking for a professional secretary with the following attributes;
1. Minimum level Diploma in that field with experience of not less than 4yrs
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
3. Administrative skills to support the management of school finances.
4. Accounting experience desirable
5. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including word and Excel
6. Excellent organisational, oral, and written communication skills in English
7. Ability to plan and work on own initiative along with ability to work in a team environment with school manager, headteacher and other school staff.
8. Previous secretary experience in scholastic environment desirable.
9. Be required to comply with national vetting requirements of three referees by email and telephone.
