JOB SUMMARY

We are committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead on-site operations for infrastructure and civil engineering projects across Kenya.Location: Nairobi (with nationwide project deployment)Site Management: Oversee daily operations, labor forces, and subcontractors.Technical Execution: Interpret structural drawings and ensure strict quality control (QA/QC) to ministry standards.Compliance: Enforce NCA building regulations, DOSHS safety rules, and NEMA guidelines.Reporting: Maintain site diaries and deliver weekly progress and budget updates.RequirementsEducation: Degree/Higher Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.Registration: Registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) or IEK.Accreditation: Valid NCA Construction Site Supervisor accreditation.Experience: 5–10 years managing Kenyan road works, infrastructure, or commercial builds.Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Project; fluent in English and Kiswahili.
