In this hybrid role, you will play a key part in enhancing our online presence through engaging content creation and social media management, while also supporting the team with day-to-day admin.

Job Description/Requirements
Social Media Marketing (Approx. 60%)
- Develop, schedule, and publish content across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Monitor trends and analytics to optimize reach and engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and engage with followers to build community
- Collaborate with team members on campaign ideas, promotions, and branding
- Assist in creating graphics, reels, and short videos using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite
- Stay up to date with platform updates and algorithm changes
Administrative Support (Approx. 40%)
- Manage emails, calendars, and schedule meetings
- Prepare and organize digital files and documentation
- Assist with data entry, reports, and tracking marketing KPIs
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and team members
- Support the team with various ad hoc projects and office tasks as needed
