JOB SUMMARY
Sourcing Specialist📍 On site- Nairobi, Kenya| Full-Time🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–1:00 AM EATABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to identify, engage, and build relationships with qualified talent for current and future hiring needs. This role requires a strong combination of recruitment sourcing expertise, research skills, market awareness, and proactive candidate engagement to support a consistent pipeline of high-quality candidates.You will partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and ensure talent pipelines remain strong, organized, and ready to support business growth.REQUIREMENTS• 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing, talent acquisition, or a related recruiting role• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools• Strong expertise in candidate research, passive candidate outreach, and talent mapping• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsRESPONSIBILITIESTalent Pipeline Development• Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring, niche, and high-demand roles• Develop talent pools of active and passive candidates to support current and future hiring requirements• Monitor pipeline health and proactively identify talent gaps requiring additional sourcing effortsCandidate Sourcing & Outreach• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, and advanced search techniques• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive talent and generate candidate interest• Implement creative sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and increase talent pool diversityCandidate Assessment• Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and overall fit• Provide recruiters with candidate summaries, market insights, and sourcing recommendations• Maintain a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the engagement processStakeholder Collaboration• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring priorities, ideal candidate profiles, and market challenges• Share labor market intelligence and recommend sourcing approaches based on talent availability• Support workforce planning initiatives by maintaining ready-to-engage talent pipelinesData Management & Reporting• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within ATS and sourcing databases• Track sourcing activity, pipeline performance, and key recruitment metrics• Provide regular updates on candidate engagement, sourcing effectiveness, and pipeline statusWHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE• Qualified candidate pipelines consistently meet hiring demand; time-to-source decreases across key roles• Candidate engagement and response rates improve; recruiter satisfaction with candidate quality remains high• ATS data remains accurate and organized; sourcing metrics and pipeline visibility are consistently maintainedApply with your CV or send your CV by email to alan.cruz@solvoglobal.com
