We are looking for a results-driven and hands-on Retail Store Manager to lead our store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily store operations, maximizing sales and profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high operational and visual standards. The Store Manager will also be responsible for training and motivating the team to achieve performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and shift scheduling
- Lead and motivate the store team to meet or exceed sales targets and customer service standards
- Manage stock levels, product replenishment, and inventory control
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards (including visual merchandising)
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports for senior management
- Recruit, train, and develop store staff; conduct performance reviews and coaching
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner
- Plan and implement promotional activities and seasonal campaigns
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Monitor expenses and manage budgets to improve profitability
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or Assistant Manager (2–5 years)
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed
- A strong sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
