Job Description/Requirements
Daily issuance of materials, items and spare parts to employees.
In charge of the store and responsible for auto parts going in and out of the store through proper updated record keeping.
Keep track of site autoparts stock reports and inform the Procurement Director when materials are below minimum stock levels.
Consistently and accurately fill in the stores Bin Cards, update stock trackers and all inventory records.
Responsible for assessing and minimizing risk at the site through maintaining high standards of housekeeping.
Quickly escalate any issues or concerns arising at the store and inventory to the Director – minimum stock levels, material stock outs, faulty tools and equipment etc
Responsible for Daily ,weekly and monthly stock takes.
Qualification and Experience.
Diploma in procurement or a related field.
Proficiency in computer usage and record keeping.
Minimum 5 -year experience in a similar position in the Automotive Industry.
Possess good communication, organizational and time management skills
Problem solving skills and leadership skills
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
Expert knowledge of auto parts.
Driving skills
