QualificationsKCSE/O-Level certificationExperience1 year working as part of a teamExperience of working in an FMCG environmentAt least 1 years’ experience in food manufacturingExcellent English verbal and written skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for translating work order requests into processed proteins that are accurately cut, sliced, formed, and marinated.Control and minimize wastages.Follows the production plan that processes batches quantities of raw materials into finished product including sauces, soups, and cooked meats.Can keep and demonstrate accurate records for the production.Be able to use machines with minimal supervision such as Vacuum sealer, Food Processor, stick blender, mincers.Understand different cooling times & environments for different products.Has Knowledge of food preparation and cooking large quantities of food.Understands all the meals prepared in the staff cafeteria i.e., Beef, Chicken, Veggies, Chapati, Ugali.Able to follow recipes quickly and with minimal supervision.Ensure work environment and stations are clean and sanitized.Comply with outlined Food safety and Health & Safety regulations and procedures.
