JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications & SkillsDiploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fieldMinimum 2 years experience in sales or field team supervisionExperience in FMCG or General Trade is an added advantageGood communication and interpersonal skillsAnalytical and problem-solving abilityAbility to work under pressure and meet targetsProficiency in basic reporting tools such as Excel and mobile appsWilling to travel extensively within assigned regionStrong knowledge of local market dynamicsKey ResponsibilitiesEnsure achievement of sales, distribution, and activation targetsConduct field visits for coaching, audits, and supportEnsure accurate and timely reporting daily, weekly, and monthlyHandle customer and outlet escalations within the regionCoordinate stock availability and movement with relevant teamsEnforce company policies and operational standards
